PROOFING AND APPROVAL OF ADS
New ads and updated ads will be sent to you for approval prior to printing. Printed program books are available upon request. 

PLACEMENT AND POSITION OF ADS
Ad placement, UNLESS SPECIFIED, will be at our discretion.

ADS APPEAR IN ALL FOUR PROGRAM BOOKS
All concerts will be held at the Theater of Performing Arts at Forest View Educational Center, 2121 South Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights
