Our 2019-20 Season

On April 18th, 2020, The Northwest Symphony Orchestra announced that In response to the CDC and their recommendations for the spread of COVID-19, the NSO had decided to postpone the “Natural Wonder” concert that was scheduled for Saturday, April 18th. That concert was tentatively to take place on Sunday, May 17th in place of the originally scheduled “Opera in the Afternoon” concert. The NSO had hoped to reschedule the “Opera in the Afternoon” concert for a later date in June.Patrons who already had tickets purchased for the April 18th concert, they advised that the NSO would honor them for the May 17th performance or could be used for a future concert later in the season. Patrons were further advised that patrons could get a refund or if they wished, could donate the price of the ticket to the orchestra.

On April 27th, 2020, in response to the CDC and their recommendations to combat the spread of COVID-19 virus, all remaining concerts for the 2019-20 season were cancelled. We regreted that would not be unable to present the remaining performances, but the safety of our audience, musicians, staff, and community is of the upmost importance. Ticked Refunds were offerred to patrons, or reciepts for donations to the orchestra for purchased tickets.

We truly miss our audiences and hope to be able to present concerts again very soon.
